OBE TYPE DIRECT OPERATED LINEAR SERVO VALVES LSVG-01EH, LSVG-03EH
On-board electronics (OBE) type direct operated linear servo valves LSVG-01EH, LSVG-03EH are based on high speed linear servo valves (LSVG) and OBE type linear servo valves (LSVHG-*EH), providing “high accuracy, easiness to use, and great usability.

OBE (ON-BOARD ELECTRONIC) TYPE LINEAR SERVO VALVES (HIGH PERFORMANCE TYPE) - LSVHG-03/04/06
On-board electronics (OBE) type linear servo
valves LSVHG-03/04/06 (high performance type) are produced for achieving higher accuracy and durability by incorporating a sleeve in themain stage of the OBE type linear servo valves (standard type), which have been well accepted for their “high accuracy, easiness to use, and great usability”.
Since the spool and the sleeve are processed to fit well and properly keep 1% overlap between one another, they are suited to be used for a system requiring high accuracy and durability.

Proportional Valves
The EH series on board electronic proportional control are compound electro-hydraulic products which merge the latest electronic and sensor technology with Yuken´s reputable E series proportional controls.
The E series proportional valves are able to control the system pressure or flow proportionally through a controlled input current from the amplifier. Our product line includes “high response type valves” that provide ultimately improved response using closed loop control that proportional control valves can offer.

EH SERIES
PROPORTIONAL ELECTRO-HYDRAULIC DIRECTIONAL AND FLOW CONTROL VALVES EHDFG-01, EHDFG-03
These valves EHDFG-01, EHDFG-03 incorporate two control functions – flow and direction – which simplify the hydraulic circuit composition and therefore the cost of the system is reduced.

PROPORTIONAL ELECTRO-HYDRAULIC PILOT RELIEF VALVES EHDG
The valve EHDG-01 can be used as a pilot valve of the proportional electro hydraulic control valves.
The valve can also be used as a relief valve for the hydraulic system where a small flow rate and continuous pressure control are required.

DIRECT OPERATED TYPE DIRECTIONAL AND FLOW CONTROL VALVES ELDFG-01, ELDFG-03 WITH SPOOL POSITION DETECTION
High response, high precision and high reliability ELDFG-01/03 are achieved be a combination of a compact and powerful solenoid and a spool-position-detection LVDT.
This product can be interchanged with the simpliffied servo valve to perform position control and pressure control.
Compared to nozzle flapper type servo valve, this product has excellent contamination-related problems.

PROPORTIONAL ELECTRO-HYDRAULIC PILOT RELIEF VALVES EDG
This valve EDG-01 consists of a small DC solenoid and a direct-acting relief valve. It serves as a pilot valve for a low flow rate hydraulic system or a proportional electro-hydraulic control valve and controls the pressure in proportion to the input current. Note that this valve is used in conjunction with the applicable power amplifier.
